We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on:

• Installed wigs
• Customized wigs
• Refurbished wigs
• Lace that has been cut, altered, or removed
• Hair products, cosmetics, or personal care items

• Pryia Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
